This or That January 30

Pantone's color of the year was seen all over the spring/summer runways and today I'm showing the color in a sheath dress two different ways! The first look features coordinating accessories in blue and purple and i pulled the look together with a cropped black jacket.  On the other look I added the coordinating color in the outfit and left the neutral pieces in the accessories. Depending on what your taste are make a decision, either wear color in the clothes or the accessories.   Rarely do I suggest you do both,  So, is it this or that?
