Refunds and Returns
NO REFUNDS. Because we are a unique and custom retailer we print on demand. Please be mindful of the sizing chart and dimension of products before placing an order. Please also be mindful of our shipping policy.
We will be glad to exchange an item that was a manufacturing error, defective or damaged within 3 days of receiving your item. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging. To exchange your product for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
WE DO NOT ADJUST CODES. We advertise our code prominently. Codes are rewards for customers who view our marketing and respond. If a customer finds a code after a purchase we will not adjust the price.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods, used cosmetics or beauty products.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
