About April

April Clark is the founder of Miss April Fashion Girlpreneur a youth brand targeted at girls 8-18 teaching fashion entrepreneurship, confidence and style through after school classes, camps and products such as the Miss April Fashion Girl Doll and her Best Fashion Friends. April is also the Legacy Founder of Karmel Toy Co. a multicultural toy company where representation matters.

She is often referred to as a fashion aficionado and serial entrepreneur. Through her brand, What Would April Wear she has is known as the "girlfriend blogger" always sharing what's in fashion, where to buy it and how to style it. Throughout her career she has she traveled to fashion events such as New York Fashion Week to explore emerging trends in order to cultivate them into her brand & blog. April was named one of the 25 most stylish people in Raleigh, NC by Carolina Style Magazine and interviewed for Midtown Magazine and Cary Magazine. With an extreme love for fashion April easily transitioned to Fashion Editor for Wake Living Magazine in 2016. She has been seen on The Wendy Williams Show and national publication, Style Watch Magazine. In recent past, she was the style contributor for My Carolina Talk, on CBS North Carolina where she was the style correspondent. She also authors fashion, style & beauty publications. She is a fashion stylists for Crabtree Valley Mall, one of the top 100 malls in the country.
