It's no secret that I love to sparkle! I am in LOVE with this high waisted sequin skirt from TARGET by xhilaration. This is definitely a girls night out look!
I love that I can break up these two pieces to make new outfits.

I paired my sparkle with leopard shoes, hot pink button earrings, and pink and gold bangles. It sounds like a lot but that's why it works-- WHO GON' CHECK ME BOO?!
