About this experience

Spend the afternoon with your mom or someone who’s like a mom with a little girl time over a sewing machine. Guests can come with a parent, friend, or come alone and make a gift for mom.

The Mother’s Day project is an apron. Available in adult and child sizes. We supply the pattern, sewing supplies, sewing machines and fun and you bring your own fabric! (feel free to bring your own sewing machine too)

This is not a class, but an open studio workshop. Miss April will be on hand to assist however guests should plan to have a basic knowledge of sewing. The cost is $39 for a pair! It’s recommended that child guests be at least 8 years old with an adult. And yes, two adults can sew together!

Materials to bring:

1 1/2 yards of cotton fabric for adult aprons

1 1/4 yards of cotton fabric for child aprons

1 yard of 20” fusible medium weight interfacing

Coordinating thread
